1. Promotions & Discounts Policy
- Promotional offers are valid only during the specified period and subject to the terms announced for each offer.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Offers do not include physician consultation fees or VAT unless otherwise stated in the offer.
- Amounts paid under promotional offers are non-refundable in cash. Any remaining credit may be used in accordance with the approved refund policy.
- Promotional services or available credit may be used at any Hosn Medical Clinics branch, subject to the offer terms and service availability.
- After the promotional period expires, any additional services or sessions will be charged according to the clinics’ approved price list.
2. General Terms
- Hosn Medical Clinics complies with the applicable healthcare laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its approved price list.
- Appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations are subject to the clinics’ approved appointment policy.
- The clinics provide services to all clients in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Information provided by telephone or other communication channels does not replace a medical examination. No final diagnosis or treatment plan will be confirmed without assessment by the qualified healthcare practitioner.
- Consultations and examinations are provided at the scheduled appointment time after payment of the applicable fees. Some delays may occur due to medical or operational circumstances.
- Fees must be paid in accordance with the clinics’ approved payment methods and policies.
- The client has the right to receive information regarding their medical condition, diagnosis, treatment options, and the healthcare practitioner responsible for their care, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- The client has the right to know the name and specialty of the healthcare practitioner responsible for providing the service.

- The client has the right to know the name and type of material or product used in the medical or cosmetic procedure, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- The client must follow the medical instructions, treatment plan, and appointments prescribed by the healthcare practitioner.
- The client shall be responsible for any consequences arising from failure to comply with medical instructions, appointments, or the treatment plan, subject to medical assessment of the case.

- Before-and-after photographs may be taken with the client’s consent using the approved consent form. Images shall be used only for authorized medical and documentation purposes, while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
3. Refund Policy
A. Before Provision of Service
- The client may request a refund if no service or treatment has been provided, within 14 days from the payment date.
- After the 14-day period, cash refund requests will not be accepted; however, the client may retain the right to use the available credit in accordance with the approved policies.
- Subject to the approved policies, the client may transfer the credit to another service or allow an eligible family member to use it.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within up to 3 business days from submission to the Customer Affairs Department.
- If a cash refund is approved, the amount will be refunded within up to 21 business days after completion of the required procedures and documentation.
- Refund processing requires completion of the service cancellation form and submission of the original invoice and required identification/supporting documents, in accordance with the approved procedures.
- An administrative fee of 5% of the invoice value may be deducted where permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
B. After Provision of Service
- Amounts paid for services that have already been provided are non-refundable, subject to applicable laws and approved policies.
- If the client has received part of the service and does not wish to continue the treatment plan, the remaining credit may be used by the client or an eligible family member at any Hosn Medical Clinics branch, subject to the approved policies.
- If the client fails to attend an appointment without prior notice in accordance with the appointment policy, the approved appointment and cancellation policy shall apply.
- If the healthcare practitioner is unable to continue providing the service due to absence, resignation, or any operational reason, suitable alternatives will be offered, including transferring the client to another practitioner of the same specialty at the same or another branch.
- If the client declines the available alternatives, the refund request will be reviewed by the competent department or committee in accordance with applicable regulations and approved policies. Any legally applicable administrative fees may be deducted.
- Payment for a service does not constitute a guarantee of a specific medical or cosmetic outcome, as results may vary from one case to another depending on medical assessment and individual response to treatment.
4. Final Provisions
- Payment for a service or signing the applicable consent form constitutes the client’s acknowledgment that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and related policies.
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and instructions issued by the competent authorities.
- In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any applicable law or regulation, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail.
- The client may request a copy of any applicable policy from the Customer Affairs Department.
